accused of Criminal Offense. We represent individual accused of crimes in both State and Federal Court in Nebraska.
Our office is located in Omaha and represents people in Omaha, Bellevue, Blair, Papillion, La Vista, Ralston, Millard,
Chalco, Gretna, Lincoln, Plattsmouth, Norfolk, Boys Town, Fremont, as well as the Counties of Sarpy, Douglas, Washington,
Cass, Dodge, Lancaster. Our primary service is to those who have be accused with DUI's and other major traffic
offense, along with felony and misdemeanor offense in both the State and Federal Courts.
I continue to represent a large number of clients
accused of other Criminal, Business and Family Law matters, including custody and visitation matters. I am a trained
mediator and an arbitrator with the BBB of Omaha. I am also a Court Trained GAL (Guaridian Ad Litem). I am

I have experiencing
representing individuals accused of major Felonies from first degree murder, sexual assualts and also drug offense.
I continue to represent individual who have conflicts with the local public defender and also take Federal cases as
a CJA (Criminal Justice Act) panal attorney. I work with a number of business partners and their staff to
